Delivery guarantees and terms
- If the product is not delivered within 60 days from the date of shipment, we will refund the money or resend the product at the customer's choice. Also, goods that were delivered after the 60-day deadline must be paid for or returned if the above warranty obligations have been fulfilled. The sixty-day delivery time can be extended to 90 days in the December-January period due to typical delivery delays during the New Year holidays.
- If the product arrived damaged in the process, then you need to take photos of the product packaging before opening. The damaged item must be sent back for replacement or refund at the customer's choice, and you must provide a valid parcel number for tracking. A new product is sent out after checking the tracking number, as well as when the product is available or as it is received in stock.
Product quality warranty
The quality guarantee for products manufactured by CobraRTP is unlimited.
If for any reason the product does not perform its functions or does not meet the stated characteristics, then you need to open a dispute through the feedback form on the site or contact us in any other convenient way indicated on the site. We will also need as much information as possible about the problem that has occurred, which should preferably include photos and videos.
However, we may refuse to fulfill our warranty obligations if:
- The functionality of the product was disrupted due to your fault.
- You have not provided proof that the product does not meet the stated characteristics or is inoperable.
- It turned out that the product is not compatible with your ECU or is not suitable for your purposes according to the stated characteristics.

- We are not responsible for property damage or your health when using CobraRTP products in cases not related to CobraRTP products
- We are not responsible for your actions that result in damage to your device or other property when using CobraRTP products without following the instructions
- All CobraRTP products are intended for professional motorsports use only, and accordingly, We are not responsible for your actions when using the product on civilian vehicles and/or public roads!
Other conditions
Other conditions and guarantees that are not described above are regulated by the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated January 9, 2002 No. 90-Z “About of a Consumer Rights”.
