1 Delivery guarantee and terms
1.1 If the product is not delivered within 60 days from the date of shipment, we will refund the money or resend the product at the customer's choice.
1.2 If the goods are delivered after the warranty period specified in clause 1.1 expires, the customer undertakes to pay for the goods in the amount of 90% of the order amount or return the goods.
1.3 In case of return of the shipment due to non-demand (expiration of the storage period), the customer will be reimbursed for the order amount minus the delivery costs and penalty in the amount of 15% of the order amount.
2 Quality warranty
2.1 The quality guarantee for products manufactured by CobraRTP is valid for 12 months starting from the date of purchase of the product.
2.2 If for any reason the product does not perform its functions or does not meet the stated characteristics, then you need to open a dispute through the feedback form on the site or contact us in any other convenient way indicated on the site. We will also need as much information as possible about the problem that has occurred, which should preferably include photos and videos.
2.3 We may refuse to fulfill our warranty obligations if:
2.3.1 The functionality or functionality of the product was disrupted due to your fault.
2.3.2 You have failed to provide evidence that the product does not meet the stated characteristics or is inoperable.
2.3.3 The warranty period specified in clause 2.1 has expired.
2.3.4 It turned out that the product is not compatible with your ECU or is not suitable for your purposes according to the declared characteristics. Before purchasing a product, you must make sure that the product is suitable for you.
2.3 If the warranty conditions are met, the goods must be delivered to the manufacturer's address. At the same time:
2.3.1 The cost of the customer's expenses for delivery of the goods is covered only after the fact of delivery of the goods to the manufacturer and if the warranty conditions are fulfilled, which are not violated in accordance with clause 2.3.
2.4 The cost of repairs upon expiration of the warranty period in accordance with p2. 1 and /or non-compliance with the warranty conditions is agreed with the client individually.
3 Disclaimer of Liability
3.1 We are not responsible for material damage or your health when using CobraRTP products, in cases not related to CobraRTP products
3.2 We are not responsible for your actions that caused damage to the device or other property when using CobraRTP products without following the instructions
3.3 All CobraRTP products are intended for use only for professional purposes in motorsport, and accordingly, we are not responsible for your actions when using the product on civilian vehicles and / or public roads!
4 Other conditions
Other terms that are not described above are regulated by the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated January 9, 2002 No. 90-Z “About of a Consumer Rights”.
